Mica made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. Throughout the consultation and treatment, she took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, explained every step of the procedure, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The treatment was completely painless, and her professionalism and attention to detail really put me at ease.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a lovely atmosphere. The clinic itself is immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and extremely professional.
